A new identity carries zero claims beyond key possession. You raise it by verifying methods — email, phone, device, wallet. Each verification issues a code; you confirm it; the result is timestamped on chain.
Nothing is verified until you ask for it, and each method is verified independently.
What cannot be self-asserted
Higher levels — full KYC, biometric — are operator-granted only. They cannot be obtained through this app by design: an assurance level a user could grant themselves would be worth nothing to a relying service.
